The name Mêlëmt-règa Bî is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Mêlëmt-règa Bî was founded by Zèsëî Fyèj, who was culturaly Iron Elven.

Climate

Overview

Mêlëmt-règa Bî was founded durring the late 11th century, by Zèsëî Fyèj. The establishment of Mêlëmt-règa Bî suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Mêlëmt-règa Bî which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.

Mêlëmt-règa Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Mêlëmt-règa Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Mêlëmt-règa Bî is buildings are located arround a single premissive gravel mainstreet which forms a clockwise spiral to give the town a over all circular shape. The town is protected by a renforced stone fence which sits atop earthwork defences, for some of the best inexpencive defences a town of Mêlëmt-règa Bî's size could have. Mêlëmt-règa Bî's well-designed, yet cheep are suffering from significent damage, so much so that examples can be pointed to no matter which section one might have within their line of site, and most of which render sections inoperable at present.

Mêlëmt-règa Bî is, in a word, disorder. People seem to be allowed to do as they please with little harmoney to anything. It feels less like a town, and more like a spot people just happened to place their homes. Yet there are small elements here and there which show the underlying structure of the community. Cultural Notes

While Mêlëmt-règa Bî has a public leader, the real authority is hidden from outsiders. This ruler may draw their authority from rationales unacceptable to outsiders, they may have cowed the public authority into obedience, or they may have a mutually beneficial private arrangement with the official ruler.

Mêlëmt-règa Bî's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known for its fluid and florid elaborate style, comprising ornate, asymmetric designs and pastel shades. It is often considered to be a playful, light style, which made exuberant use of curves and emphasized subtle asymmetry in the general shape of its structures. Walls, ceilings and moldings are decorated with numerous interlacing of curves and counter-curves based on the shapes of ‘C’ and ‘S’, along with shell forms and other naturalistic shapes.

History

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Mêlëmt-règa Bî was attacked by organized criminals with significant wealth and power. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Mêlëmt-règa Bî lost 285 people, 210 livestock, and 43 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 193, when members of Mêlëmt-règa Bî's militia enacted an operation to escort a particular elites group to a safe location. The operation was complicated by aggravated civilians, who cause problems for the militia for a host of reasons. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in defeat for Mêlëmt-règa Bî's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Mêlëmt-règa Bî's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
